Welcome Residency is located near Keval beach and is surrounded by of the most scenic and beautiful greenery. It’s just 10 minutes from Keval beach. Take a walk to experience the sunset.

Our room incorporates attached bathroom. Also, we would like to mention that we provide both AC and Non-AC rooms to fit in every budget. Our food is a must try as we cooked in a home-style way and serve Veg and Non-Veg food. We also have the huge open area surrounded by tree, perfect for outdoor activities. Come and experience a delightful holiday which is pocket-friendly as well!

  • We enjoy a lot there... Place was good rooms was clean.. Food was tasty and more than quantity.. Beach is near from this resort so can go whenever u want just 7/8 min walking distance. They have beautiful swimming pool, very humble staff. Good place please do visit
